One of the best books out there. This is a part or Robert Kiyosaki's legendary trilogy. His second one. It tells you about the quadrant that you must be a part of in life if you wanna be successful. It shows different areas of life/world that people are in and where you should be if you want to be rich. Simply a must read!

If you're willing to follow blindly, you'll like this book.

You'll like this book if you happen to agree with his position on investing. What really bothered me is that he anticipates and addresses other investing platforms, and all that do not fall in line with his thinking, he slams and degrades. It's ok to disagree, but please don't insult the reader for having a different set of values.

This is formatted in such a way that it feels like I'm reading about kiyosaki performing auto-fellatio. So much of the diction is unnecessary as if he was trying to fill the page. I wrote a summary of the book in a few pages. He reiterates himself and accomplishment far more than he teaches about the cash flow quadrant itself. Really bummed.
