This wasn't just great it was BEAUTIFUL..i loved it, Zac was just a loveable guy of course mainly towards the end and Emily a sweet heart and how she stood by her brother no matter was loyal and great...you can not go wrong with this book everything about it was prefect i would give it a 10 star rating of course if you like Sheikh romance novels

An unexpected surprise !!!

Stories about middleastern men don't always interest me because of their double standards. However this alpha male Zakour, even though he is a bit arrogant and unyielding at first, really softened up and became very tender and caring, especially after he realized his treasure in Emily. A great book....very good reading.

I really did enjoy the book although I'm not to sure why or how our hero and heroine fell in love. I'll have to assume it was love at first sight but neither of them realized it. He was a jerk and she was an extremely naive virgin who took one look at him and got all hot and bothered. Neither showed each other any good qualities, yet, miraculously, they suddenly knew it was love. If I overlook the totally implausible (even for harlequin) love issue it was a nice story. There were a few humorous moments like when she repelled down the outside of the castle to escape. Haven't seen that one before. Then there was the adorable little terror in the form of a 5 year old boy prince. He terrified the servants to the point that they let him put himself in danger on more than one occasion. No one could handle the boy except prince not-so-charming and our heroine who also happens to be a kindergarten teacher. I think most harlequin readers will enjoy the story. Give it a read and see for yourself!!
